Schools
Esencia School at Rancho Mission Viejo is part of the award-winning Capistrano Unified School District, accepting students from Kindergarten through 7th grade, with plans to expand to 8th grade in the future. As for older Ranch kids, Las Flores Middle School and Tesoro High School are close by.
Instead of a traditional library, the heart of Esencia School is the cutting-edge Innovation Center, for hands-on learning and collaboration. Equipped with a robotics lab, makerspace, wireless technology and flexible seating, this unique space is designed for a progressive and inspiring education, no matter the subject or age.
South Orange County is also home to a number of private schools including St. Mary’s, Heritage Christian School, and St. Anne School.
